Ordering Birth announcements
How it works…

Step 1:
Ordering your cards online.
Choose your category birth announcements here:

• Fairytale birth announcements
• Photo birth announcements (Boy)
• Photo birth announcements (Girl)
• Magazine cover birth announcements 

Choose your card by clicking on the preview
and select the options beneath the card:

Select the option to choose your card size & quantity:

• Enkele kaart = Single card 
• Dubbel gevouwen kaart = Double folded card
• Drieluik kaart = Triple card
• Double door  = Double door (triple) card

Select the option papiersoort to select the the kind of cardpaper for your card

Select the option Gekleurde enveloppen to select the color of your envelopes.
(If you do not want colored envelopes just select - Niet van toepassing = not required)

Select the option Extra foto in ontwerp and select any extra photographs you`d like in your card.
 (If you do not want extra photographs just select - Niet van toepassing = not required)

Select the option Vooraf de enveloppen ontvangen to select if you want to recieve you envelopes prior.
(If you do not want to recieve the envelopes prior just select - Niet van toepassing = not required)

Select the option Organza kaart strikjes to select any Organza bows for your card.
(If you do not want Organza bows just select - Niet van toepassing = not required)

Select the option Kraamfeest/ Uitnodigings kaartjes to select separate Small invition cards.
(If you do not want any separate invitation cards just select - Niet van toepassing = not required)

Please note that it`s important that you select all options.
After you`ve selected all options the shoppingcart will appear.

Step 2:
After we’ve received your order we send you an invoice. As soon as we’ve received your down payment we’ll sent you all the information regarding your card. This information contains photo examples, Photo tips & requirements, Font types and information about sending files over the internet. When you’ve chosen to receive the envelopes prior than the birth cards then we’ll send those out to you.

Step 3:
We will set up a layout with the text we have so far and any alteration that you’ve requested before we send a proof to your email address for your review. 

Step 4: 
If you’d like to see any changes or corrections, we will apply those and send you a new proof. We provide up to 4 proofs in total of the same design at no additional charge. Of course, our goal is to get it right the first time but we realize that is not always practical or possible.

Step 5:
The moment we receive the photograph after your baby is born, we will finalize your card and send you a final proof. When we get your approval, the cards will be printed out and sent to your home address the same day or you can collect them in our store. When you ordered design only, the digital file (ready to print) is sent to your email address.
